Recommended cooking method: defrost the product before cooking, it can be defrosted in the microwave using the defrost program for 3 minutes.
Heat the pan (or grill) at medium-to-high temperature, slightly grease with vegetable oil, then fry for about 7-8 minutes until the sausages are nicely browned. The product is considered cooked when the inner temperature reaches 73°C.
Please note: The alginate from the membrane of this sausage is extracted from seaweed.At high temperatures, it may swell and pop on the sausage. This is a natural reaction of the alginate membrane at high temperatures and does not influence the taste or quality of the product.
Warnings: Do not freeze again after defrosting! Consume only after cooking!
