Ingredients

Water, 16.3% wheat protein (wheat gluten, wheat starch), sunflower vegetable oil, 2.7% fava beans protein, 1.8% pea protein, stabilizer (methylcellulose), salt, glucose syrup, flavours, spices (onion, garlic, pepper, thyme), antioxidant (ascorbic acid, citric acid), vegetable extracts with colouring role (red pepper extract, fenugreek extract, concentrated beetroot juice), colouring (ammonia caramel), spice extracts, vinegar.

Contains: gluten. May contain traces of: soy, celery, mustard, nuts.

Cooking Instructions

Recommended cooking method: defrost the product before cooking, it can be defrosted in the microwave using the defrost program for 3 minutes.

Heat the pan (or grill) at medium-to-high temperature, slightly grease with vegetable oil, then fry for about 3 minutes on each side, until the cevapcici are nicely browned. The product is considered cooked when the inner temperature reaches 73°C.

Warnings: Do not freeze again after defrosting! Consume only after cooking!

 

Storage

Refrigerator (+7°C): 3 days; Freezer/Icebox (-18°C): 360 days.
