Recommended cooking method: defrost the product before cooking, it can be defrosted in the microwave using the defrost program for 3 minutes.
Frying pan: fry it in heated oil for 6-8 minutes, turning frequently.
Oven: preheat the oven to 190°C and cook for minimum 10 minutes.
The product is considered cooked when the inner temperature reaches 73°C.
For cooking in sauce such as tomato sauce, it is recommended to fry for 5 minutes, then add the veggie balls in the sauce and boil with the sauce for 1/2 hour.
Can be used in meatballs soup, fried meatballs, meatballs with sauce, pasta-balls.
Warnings: Do not freeze again after defrosting! Consume only after cooking!
